Shipping expenses
Basically, in Germany all orders are free shipping.
European countries up to 0.5kg only 4,90¤, up to 1kg only 8,90¤. Above 1kg 16¤.
When shipping eBikes outside of Germany, shipping costs vary depending on the destination country, please inquire! Parcels up to 5kg to Overseas countries or non EU countries are 30-40¤.
However, charges for orders up to 17,95 ¤ a low order surcharge of 6,00 ¤. This is added to the billing.
IMPORTANT, please note:
Unless otherwise ordered, deliveries up to 0,5kg are sent by unregistered letter. This shipping can not be tracked and is not insured!
If you like to get it registered and insured, please chose registered shipping for an additional small fee 4¤.
To some countries in Europe and worldwide we only offer registered shipping with tracking!
Unfortunately, delivery is often unreliable. The slightly higher price offers tracking your order.
The quoted shipping times always refer to working days. Weekends and holidays should be added. The above shipping times are not binding and are valid from date of shipment. Applicable taxes and duties in the receivers country is to be borne by the customer.
